Graphic Design

   Earlier in the school year, we did presentations on someone whose career is on we might like to pursue. I chose to do my presentation on Milton Glaser. My teacher told me that I should work more with graphic design because of my work on a previous project. Milton Glaser is a well-known graphic designer. He created the I Love NY logo and Bob Dylan poster. After I did the project, I continued to work on graphic design with our class project, Gamifi-ed. One of my teachers' friends, who is with the website stressing importance of yourself, Choose2Matter, contacted her looking for a student designer. My teacher came to me and asked if I was interested and of course I was. The Choose2Matter team asked me to create and info-graphic with the information they gave to me. It took many tries to match colors and such but I finally got it, and I was pretty proud of myself! When I sent it in, I was happy because the Choose2Matter team loved it! This is a big accomplishment for me because it furthered my interest in graphic design and helped me realize my potential.
